What's Inspected

     A home inspection is a visual inspection that is conducted in a non-invasive manner. It documents the condition of the property at the time of inspection.  It is not all inclusive and is not code oriented. Bullseye Home Inspection flollws the Standards set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (INACHI).

     In addition, at the client's request (at no extra charge) Bullseye Home Inspection will conduct a thermal imaging scan of the property.  (see the thermal imaging block at the right).
